We are currently recruiting for a Casual Hospitality Assistant to join our team at one of our premium workplace restaurant in Leeds city centre, right next to the train station.

This is a Casual position working a minimum of 8 hours a week on a rota basis, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 3.30pm, however a certain degree of flexibility will be required to support hospitality events, which may occasionally take place during evenings or weekends.

We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.

As a Casual Hospitality Assistant, you will service tea points and meeting rooms throughout the day to a high standard, ensuring client needs are met promptly and professionally. You will support the kitchen team by providing pot washing support, ensuring standards are maintained and deliveries are recorded and organised correctly, whilst providing excellent customer service, at all times.

You may also assist with the delivery of events, including fine dining dinners, and undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the General Manager or Chef Manager.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Have experience working in a similar role and environment
• Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment
• Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy
• Have excellent customer service and social skills
• Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a team 
• Be customer focused
• Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
