We are excited to be recruiting for a Casual Sous Chef at our premium workplace restaurant in Leeds city centre, right next to the train station. This rolepresents a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef to showcase their skills in a fresh, forward-thinking environment.
The Core hours for this casual role are Monday to Friday, between 7:00am – 3:30pm as needed, however a certain degree of flexibility will be required to support hospitality events, which may occasionally take place during evenings or weekends. Day-to-day the kitchen caters for around 150 people, plus hospitality.
This is an ideal role for a chef who is confident working independently, passionate about fresh food, and eager to contribute to an evolving, high-quality food offer in a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll also enjoy a freshly prepared meal while on shift, made by the in-house team.

Be responsible for leading a section of the kitchen, delivering top quality dishes to a high standard.
Deliver consistent food standards following the Wilson Vale brand standards.
Deliver fresh, seasonal and innovative food from around the world.
Be able to interact and engage with people while the food is being served.
