    We have an exciting opportunity to become our new Hospitality Manager at one of our workplace restaurants in Milton Keynes MK15 8HD.

    This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

    We are a fresh food–led operation catering for up to 150 people per day, offering flavourful, nutrient-rich dishes that are designed and prepared fresh each day. All food is cooked on-site using ingredients sourced from local producers. Our team has full autonomy over menu development, applying their skills and experience to deliver a consistently evolving and high-quality offering for our customers.

    You will have full ownership of hospitality bookings, events, and private functions. In addition, you will support the Chef Manager with administrative duties and contribute to enhancing the overall experience for both customers and staff on site.

    We are looking for someone with experience in Hospitality Management that can inspire and motivate their team yet retain a hands-on approach to the operations. You will head up the team and build on successes to deliver the highest standards of food and customer service across the site. The role requires someone who is commercially minded with the ability to demonstrate a track record of developing efficient and cost effective processes and that you have first class communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure hospitality services are consistently delivered to the highest standard
    • Support the Chef Manager in leading and managing the team
    • Hands-on role with oversight of daily operations
    • Ensure all customer requirements are met
    • Develop, train, and motivate staff
    • Manage labour budgets and control costs
    • Passion for great food and high-quality service
    • Strong people management and communication skills
    • Proven experience leading successful teams in a similar role
    • Ability to create bespoke hospitality offerings
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Flexible with working hours
    • Able to lead teams to deliver strong results
    • Comfortable working under pressure and multitasking
    • Good understanding of P&L accounts
